- Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

- Will I receive a full refund if I cancel?
Yes. Orders cancelled within the permitted time window are eligible for a full refund.
- How will my refund be processed?
For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business working days. Refunds cannot be transferred to an alternate card or payment mode.
Please note: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, expired, missing, or incorrect. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
When is a refund or replacement applicable?
Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following situations:
- Incorrect product received
- Expired product received
- Product damaged during transit
- Missing item(s) in the order
How do I raise a return or replacement request?
Step 1
Contact us within 2 days of delivery via email at care@Solpudding.com
Please share your order ID along with clear images and a valid unboxing video highlighting the issue.
Step 2
Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.
Step 3
If approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup of the product from your address.
Step 4
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Additional note
If an order is returned due to refusal, incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the ₹50 PPCOD charge will not be refunded.
When return or replacement requests cannot be accepted
- Product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Original packaging (outer carton, labels, etc.) is missing
- Request raised beyond 2 days from the date of delivery
- Damage or missing items reported after 2 days of delivery
- Delivery marked as completed but reported missing after 24 hours
- Unboxing video is missing, unclear, or found to be invalid
